Only use ZenVayu’s 100% pure, small-batch essential oils to prevent clogging and ensure optimal aroma delivery.
Ensure Bluetooth is on and the device is within range (≤ 10 m).
Restart both your phone and the diffuser.
Update the ScentSys app to the latest version.

Keep your ZenVayu diffuser performing at its best by following these simple steps:
Remove the Refill Bottle Open the device cover and carefully lift out the used PET refill bottle.
Clean with Alcohol Pour enough industrial (isopropyl) alcohol into the bottle to cover the interior. Swirl gently to loosen any residue, then discard the alcohol.
Run a Quick Flush Refill the bottle with a small amount of alcohol, replace it in the diffuser, close the cover, and run the device for 5–10 minutes.
Power Down Turn the diffuser off and open the cover once more.
Refill & Reinstall Empty out any remaining alcohol, refill the PET bottle with fresh ZenVayu essential oil, and snap it back into place. Close the cover—and you’re ready to enjoy perfect aromas again!
