Zenvayu Shipping Policy

ZenVayu Shipping Policy
Effective Date: July 16, 2025
Shivaraholo Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “ZenVayu”) is committed to delivering your orders accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. By placing an order with ZenVayu, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation
    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.

  • Processing Time
    We process and pack orders within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

  • Cut-off for Same-Day Processing
    Same-day processing is not available.

2. Shipping Origin & Warehouses

  • All shipments originate from our fulfillment center in Pune, India.

  • For certain SKUs, third-party suppliers may ship directly to you; however, all packaging and documentation will reflect ZenVayu as the shipper.

3. Geographic Coverage

  • Domestic: We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India.

  • Non-Serviceable Areas: If a carrier (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, Blitz) does not service your pincode, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative or full refund.

  • International: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Carriers & Service Levels

We partner with leading carriers to ensure reliability and coverage:

  • Blitz

  • (Others as needed)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Calculations: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and chosen service level.

  • Free Shipping

  • Packaging/Handling Fees: None.

7. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number and carrier link.

  • You may also track via your ZenVayu account under My Orders or by contacting our chat support.

8. Restricted & Prohibited Items

  • Essential Oils are classified as “liquid hazardous goods.” Certain remote pincodes may not permit delivery of such items. If your order contains restricted items and your location is non-serviceable, we will notify you to arrange an alternative or refund.

9. Shipping Insurance

  • All domestic shipments are insured by default against loss or theft in transit, at no extra cost to you.

10. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • Delays: Transit may be affected by natural calamities, strikes, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. We will keep you informed of significant delays.

  • Damages/Loss: Please inspect upon delivery and report any damage or non-receipt within 7 days of the delivery date. See our Returns & Replacements Policy for full details.

  • Claims Process:

    1. Contact us at support@zenvayu.co or via website chat.

    2. Provide your order number, photos of damaged goods (if applicable), and a brief description.

    3. We will guide you through replacement or refund options.

11. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • As we currently ship only within India, all applicable GST and duties are included at checkout.

  • If we introduce international shipping in future, any import duties or local taxes will be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Window

    • Must be initiated within 24 hours of opening the package.
      1.2. Return & Refund Requests

    • Applicable only for unopened packages, once the product has been received at our Pune warehouse.

    2.1. Defective or Damaged Diffusers

    • Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the damage or malfunction, plus a demonstration video of the product’s issue.
      2.2. Unopened Products

    • Must be returned in original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
      2.3. Non-returnable Items

    • Any essential oil whose seal has been broken is non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable.

  4. Reason for Return or Replacement
    3.1. Accepted

    • Manufacturing defects or damage in transit (replacement only).
      3.2. Not Accepted

    • “Change of mind” returns.

    • Non-defective fragrance mismatches.

  5. Return Shipping & Costs
    4.1. Customer Responsibility

    • Pays for return shipping when requesting a refund or return.
      4.2. Defect-Related Replacements

    • Customers ship the defective item back; ZenVayu reimburses the return-shipping cost once the defect is confirmed.

  6. Inspection & Processing
    5.1. Inspection Period

    • Up to 7 business days from receipt at our warehouse.
      5.2. Processing Outcome

    • Upon approval, either a replacement is dispatched or a refund is issued.

  7. Refund Method & Timeline
    6.1. Method

    • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
      6.2. Timeline

    • Funds are returned within 7 business days of approval.

  8. Replacements
    7.1. Dispatch

    • Replacements ship only after we receive and inspect the original item.
      7.2. Costs

    • No additional product charge; return-shipping reimbursed upon defect confirmation.

  9. Defective or Damaged Goods
    8.1. Proof Required

    • Photos/videos at delivery and an unboxing video demonstrating the defect.
      8.2. Return Logistics

    • Customer ships back the defective item; ZenVayu covers shipping reimbursement after inspection.
