ZenVayu Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZenVayu website (www.zenvayu.co) and your purchase of products from ZenVayu, a brand of Shivaraholo Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Shivaraholo Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U47912PN2024OPC233044) is registered at Office No. 301, Lalwani Icon, Off New Airport Road, Sakore Nagar, Pune - 411014. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
2.1 You may browse products and place orders without creating an account. An account is required to manage settings, notifications, and order tracking.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are able to enter into a legally binding contract.
3. Products, Pricing & Taxes
3.1 All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of applicable GST.
3.2 Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors or changes in tax rates.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
4.1 Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.
4.2 You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our support within 24 hours of order placement. After dispatch, standard Returns & Replacements Policy applies.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 We accept payments processed via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). For any payment issue or query, please contact ZenVayu support at support@zenvayu.co and we will take it up with Razorpay on your behalf.
5.2 Payment is captured at the time of order placement. In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos (“ZenVayu”), and images, are the property of Shivaraholo Solutions (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 We integrate with third-party services such as Razorpay for payments. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenVayu and its officers, directors, employees, or suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product.
9. Indemnification
9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shivaraholo Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1 Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Please review it carefully; it is available separately on our website.
11. Modifications to Terms
11.1 We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
