What kind of oil is ZenVetiver Midnight?
A perfumery-grade fragrance blend, composed like a fine perfume with layered top, heart and base notes, using the grade of aroma materials found in luxury hotel scenting. Every batch is blended for clean, consistent waterless diffusion and tested on ZenVayu diffusers before it ships.
Do I need to add water or dilute it?
No. ZenVayu diffusers are waterless cold-air nebulisers. Pour the oil in undiluted and it atomises directly.
How strong is it?
Light intensity. Light blends suit bedrooms, desks and compact rooms, and layer well over a full day.
Which rooms suit it best?
It works particularly well in studies and evening living rooms.
Will it stain or leave residue?
No. Cold-air nebulisation releases a dry micro-mist with no heat and no carrier oil, so there is nothing to settle on surfaces. Wipe any spill from the bottle itself promptly.
Can I use it in a water or reed diffuser?
These blends are formulated for waterless nebulising diffusers. They are not intended for water-based ultrasonic units or reed sticks.
What is the shelf life?
Unopened, about 24 months stored upright, away from light and heat. Once opened, use within 12 months for the truest profile.
